01Who we are

These terms govern the Anyratio website at https://anyratio.ai and the self-serve product at app.anyratio.ai (together, the “Service”). Anyratio is operated by Dinqr AB, org.nr 559461-8588, Örngatan 2, 311 68 Slöinge, Sweden, VAT SE559461858801. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

02The product

Anyratio takes one photo you already have and generates that same image at other aspect ratios and pixel sizes. The extra canvas is filled so the subject is designed not to be cropped away. It is not a new campaign from a text prompt. Exports are AI-generated stills — review every file before you publish.

Stills (social and web-ad sizes, custom width × height in pixels, and print in centimetres at up to 300 dpi on standard sizes) ship today. Very large print formats are capped below 300 dpi so files stay workable. Motion / video is on the roadmap and is not included unless we say so in the product.

03Accounts

You need an account to generate. Sign up with email or Google. You must give accurate details, keep your login safe, be at least 16, and be 18 or older (or able to form a contract where you live) if you are paying.

Studio seats share one workspace, one credit pool, and one job library. The billing owner is responsible for teammates on that plan.

04Plans, trial, billing

Solo and Studio are monthly subscriptions, priced on the homepage. The meter is credits. One credit is one source photo rendered at one unique screen size. Two named formats that share the same width and height count as one credit. A print size (centimetres at up to 300 dpi, generated at 4K) costs three credits. Very large formats (long side over about 85 cm) export below 300 dpi by design.

New Solo accounts get a 7-day trial with 20 credits. Payment details are collected at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay €0 for that period. Stay, and Solo bills at the then-current monthly price. Studio does not include that trial unless we say otherwise at checkout. Unused credits do not roll over.

Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing country, and a business in another EU country that enters a valid VAT number is reverse charged. Payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel or update the card from account billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period already paid for ends. Deleting the account cancels immediately and does not refund the current period.

Enterprise is a separate contract. These self-serve terms still apply where that contract is silent. The DPA applies to all plans.

05Withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you buy as a consumer in the EEA/UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. The Service is digital content produced on demand. By completing Stripe Checkout and starting a generation you request that we start immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for that generation and for the subscription period once performance has begun.

You can still cancel a Solo trial before it ends and pay €0. After a paid period starts, cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded unless the law requires it.

06Your photos

You keep the rights you already have in the files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and generate sizes from those files so we can run the Service for you — including sending them to our image model provider. For photos of identifiable people you control, we act as your processor under the DPA.

Upload only material you have the right to adapt (own shoot, licence, or client sign-off). You are responsible for people in the picture, trademarks, and claims on the finished ads. You will defend us against claims that your upload or your published export infringed someone else’s rights.

We do not claim ownership of your masters or of the sizes we generate for you.

07Outputs

Generated stills are AI approximations of a recomposed layout. Colour, edges, faces, type, and logos may differ from the master. Print colour, legal claims, and channel specs remain your responsibility. Do not present an export as an unaltered photograph where that distinction matters. Review every export before you publish.

We may refuse or fail a job when a provider blocks the request (safety filters, invalid files, quota). Failed sizes can be retried from the job. Abuse of credits (scraping, resale of the raw model, attacks on the Service) can get the account closed.

08Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content — including misleading ads.
• No sexual content involving minors, and no non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people.
• No attempting to extract model weights, scrape other customers’ jobs, or overload the API.
• No sharing one Solo seat as a public tool.

09Availability

We aim for a working product. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, a particular generation quality, or that every custom size will succeed. Typical jobs finish in about a minute; that is not a guarantee. We may change features, quotas, or prices with notice on the site or by email for material billing changes.

10Liability

The Service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Anyratio is not liable for lost profits, lost campaigns, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a paid period is capped at the fees you paid us for that period. This does not limit liability we cannot exclude (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights).

11Closing an account

You can delete your account in settings. That removes your jobs and files we hold for you, as far as the product can reach. Billing owners with teammates must transfer or empty the team first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If a subscription lapses, the account stays readable and your files are kept, but generating is locked until a plan is active again.

12Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU consumer protections that cannot be waived still apply. Disputes go to the courts of Sweden unless the law requires otherwise.
